What this site is
An education and tools platform for first home buyers, operated by Jacob Williams. It provides general information and estimates. It is not financial or credit advice — see the general advice disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your password to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
- You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Try to access other people's data, or probe, scan or test the security of the site without permission.
- Scrape, bulk-download or republish the content, or share member-only material outside your household.
- Submit anything abusive, misleading, or containing someone else's personal information through the Q&A.
Content and copyright
The course content, calculators, guides and articles are ours. You may read, print and use them for your own purposes. You may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own.
When you submit a question, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to answer it and, if we'd like to publish it to the public FAQ, to publish an anonymised version with anything identifying removed.
The calculators and estimates
Estimates are estimates. We take care with the formulas and keep the rates current, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or applicable to you. Do not make a financial commitment on the basis of a number from this site without confirming it with a licensed professional.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including content and features, at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it.
Third-party links
We link to government and industry sites for verification. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes will be flagged to account holders.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
